Q. Do you have a Ground floor flat?
A. Sorry we do not have a ground floor flat and we do not have a lift.
Q. Do you have WIFI?
A. Yes we do have free WIFI in the holiday flats.
Q. How do I book one of your holiday flats?
A. You can call us on 01524 410933 or use the enquiry form, and then we will confirm the availability of the holiday flat, dates and price for it.
Q. How much deposit do I need to pay?
A. Once we have confirmed the booking we require £100 per a week deposit that secures the flat and confirms the booking, the remaining balance is due on day of arrival.
Q. Is the Deposit refundable?
A. No, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q. What is your Cancellation policy?
A. When you make a booking it is a legally binding contract.
Cancellations that are made less than 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday booking will result in your full remaining balance being payable.
This is why we suggest having holiday insurance as if you need to cancel for any reason or any unforeseen circumstances. Guest First Insurance is a UK holiday insurance company and is a third party for your consideration.
Q. Do you accept Pets?
A. No we do not accept pets in the holiday flats.
Q. Can I smoke in the holiday flats?
A. There is no smoking in the holiday flats.
Q. Do you accept children in the holiday flats?
A. We accept children over the age of 7 as our flats are unsuitable for children under this age.
Q. What time can I arrive?
A. The holiday flat will be ready for after 2:00pm, but we will ring you the day before you arrive to find out an estimated time of arrival.
Q. What time do I have to departure from the holiday flat?
A. The holiday flat needs to be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
Q. Is bed linen provided?
A. Yes bed linen is provided and beds are made up for your arrival.
Q. Do you provide towels?
A. No we do not provide towels, so you will have to bring your own. We only provide a tea towel for the kitchen.
Q. Do you accept group parties?
A. No we do not allow stag and hen parties.
Q. What is parking like for your holiday flats?
A. We provide a garage for each flat which are to the rear of the premises, there is also unrestricted car parking on the road at the front of the property.
Q. Is there any other costs when I arrive?
A. There are meters for Gas and Electricity which are £1 coin operated, as we believe you should only pay for what you use.
